I am dying to get going on Birdseye too, but this weekend I have to work! Honestly, these jobs are starting to seriously cut into my sewing time!

PLEASE PLEASE - how do you make the 8 point star? We made one in our quilting class but have no instructions to go by next time and we don't have a clue how to do it again. This one is broken up a little in the blocks and maybe it would be easier. Do you have directions?
